We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile.
From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in Hanoi. What I liked most was the combination of a central location, a pleasant room, and genuinely friendly service. The room was spacious enough for a relaxing stay, with big windows and a nice feeling of openness. Everything was clean and well maintained when we arrived. The reception team was professional but also very warm and approachable. They helped us arrange transportation and gave us useful advice about places to visit. We also booked a tour through the hotel and found the process very convenient. After a busy day exploring Hanoi, it was nice to come back to such a comfortable and quiet place. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

I arrived at hotel after 20 hrs on an airplane with swollen feet and ankles. They provided a bucket of ice water to soak them. I would stay here again for sure.
